"The staff was wonderful - helpful and happy doing so. The food was SO good. The location is great - less than 5 min walk to Grand Central. The shower was glorious. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The room is small but I think what is expected in NY. The room was clean except for some out of the way spots that I would never have seen if I had not dropped an earring. We would definitely recommend this place and would stay there again. "
"I loved the room size and the cleanliness. I was very comfortable. I also appreciated the bar/lounge area downstairs. It was my birthday weekend and the staff wrote me a card and gave me two free drink tickets. I’ll be back very soon! Thank you all. "
