I highly recommend this hotel. Rooms are clean and decently sized. Excellent view of the city from our window. Close to JR/subway stationssss, lots of places to dine in and shop;, and included breakfast buffet is excellent. Also, staff is super helpful.

The location was convenient and the staff was really nice. They have great views from the windows and the breakfast looks nince (didn't try though) However the rooms were very dusty, don't think the air con or the in-room air purifier were cleaned. I pulled out the filter for the air-purifier and there was a thick carpet of dust on it, we asked for a different machine. Basically, the air quality was unbearable throughout half the stay. The hotel was fully booked so we couldn't switch rooms due to the amount of dust from the carpet and linen. I got severe dust allergy during the stay, and had to ask the staff to do a terminal clean of the room. After the room was thoroughly cleaned, it made a world of difference.

This is actually a nice decent place to stay and I also has a good view of the Tokyo sky tree and also Shabuya on the higher floors. There is a 7-Eleven right by the lobby entrance and it’s not too far from the train station in Ueno, so it’s easy to get to places around the city. Like Shibuya, Akihabara or Shinjuku etc, the staff was very helpful and are willing to help you.

This hotel made our first (but definitely not last) trip to Tokyo a great success. :) The view from our room was amazing, and the location was convenient close to both Ueno and Okachimachi train stations, shops and restaurants. The room was super quiet, and the firm mattress was very comfortable to sleep on. We also appreciated having laundry machines in the hotel. The overall cleanliness was quite good, but the carpets could use a more thorough cleaning especially under the bed. Overall, we were very happy with this hotel!
