This property is well located in Ginza, serviced by several train stations or a 10 minute walk to Tokyo station. The property is very clean and the staff lovely and helpful. Breakfast is good if included in the rate. The property needs a bit of attention and while our room was very clean and the beds comfortable not being able to open the windows meant we felt it to be too warm and stuffy. Would recommend if you are basing yourself in Ginza.

I did not have a car. I liked the location. There were a lot of coffee houses and restaurants were nearby. It was very close to a big shopping center and the subway. Excellent breakfast! I enjoyed my 3 days stay there!

This was our favourite hotel we stayed at during our Japan trip. It is close to all stations needed to get around, and close central to Ginza. The rooms are spacious, cute and kept clean, and they include a ReFa hairdryer which I personally loved. The air-con works great which was appreciated during the mugginess of spring. We enjoyed this stay so much we cancelled our last Tokyo hotel and rebooked here. One comment we’ll share is that the 5th floor has a lingering smoked-in smell, but it’s not bothersome. Thanks for having us twice!

very authentic and quaint hotel however the rooms could have been a bit more spacious - too cramped and tight. Breakfast was my best part of the day - fit for a king! quite conveniently located but have to walk to everything or get a uber taxi. thankfully the 7-11 is right beside the hotel.
