Lovely hotel is a lively area of Tokyo. Very convenient for the Senso-ji temple and the Tokyo Sky Tree. The staff were very helpful and attentive. Good size room with a walk in wet room complete with bath and shower. Lots of space and even a small table to sit at. Nice breakfast with plenty of choice.

Overall a pleasant stay — the rooms were clean, the staff were helpful, and the location worked well for us. Two things kept it from being a 5-star experience. First, the Wi-Fi was unstable; the connection kept dropping, which made it difficult to work or make video calls from the room. Second, the breakfast buffet had no halal options. As a Muslim guest, I was limited to a very small selection each morning. Even a few clearly labelled halal items, or a vegetarian/seafood section with ingredient labels, would make a big difference for Muslim travellers — and Japan is seeing more and more of them. I’d happily stay again if these two points are addressed.

I loved this hotel! It was so clean, quiet, and in a great location close to Senso-ji and so many great restaurants. Only negative was the bed was pretty hard, but the room was otherwise so comfortable that I still slept great. The AC was nice and cold, too, which was a welcome reprieve from the Tokyo heat. Staff were super nice and welcoming, as well. Loved the in-room coffee & tea that was provided, as well as the refill stations for water. Highly recommend staying here!

This place is close to everything that you want to visit in Asakusa. The Sensoji temple is just around the corner and the station is close by, the shops and the street the sells kitchenwares are all walking distance.

Great stay in a convenient location for exploring on foot and by train. The hotel was very clean and modernized. We enjoyed the self-serve amenity bar in the lobby (included things like hair and facial products, tea, coffee, etc). Check-in and out were very brief. The only negative aspect was that the in-hotel laundry room was out of service during our stay, but they did include information for a nearby coin laundry. Otherwise, highly recommend this stat in Asakusa!
