"Quiet Property with lots of beautiful plants and decorations. FREE BICYCLE use too! The rooms were so nice and clean, the staff made me feel like family. It is so close to Old Town but far enough to not hear scooters or karaoke constantly."

"The bed is as hard as concrete and even though they were nice enough to get a topper, it made very little difference. Most uncomfortable 2 nights of sleep. And there was a half drunk coffee in my fridge which was a little gross. Location is great and not elevators either so take that into consideration. Not sure how they re rated so highly. "AAAmazing beds! Clean rooms, quiet at night, good breakfast. A well needed break from Da Nang. (Oh and balcony is a huge plus). For the price, I've never have a room or stay come close to this one. "
