"The Singnature was a great hotel of our Hoi An stay. Centrally located and close to the action without being in the middle of it. Swimming pool was great. Breakfast was sensational. Staff were all amazing. We had a meal at the hotel restaurant highly recommended with traditional music entertainment. Couldn't ask for a better hotel."

"I had a relaxing time and the staff were very attentive. The room is quiet and comfortable. I slept like a baby. The size of the pool is perfect for a morning swim and the free buffet breakfast spread satisfies the hunger after morning exercise. The variety of food and drink offered is wide and varied. Nothing feels generic. Great experience and value!"

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A pleasant stay in a great location We had a really pleasant stay at Hoi An Delicacy Hotel & Spa. From the moment we arrived, the staff were fantastic — friendly, welcoming and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to get around and explore Hoi An. Our room was comfortable and nicely presented, although the style and decor weren’t quite to our personal taste. The only minor issue we experienced was with the shower, which was positioned over the bath and wouldn’t switch across to the tap. It wasn’t a major problem for us, especially as we were only staying for a short layover. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and felt well looked after. The excellent staff and convenient location really stood out for us. Would we stay again? Yes — particularly for a short stay or layover. If there was somewhere we preferred for the same price, we might choose that, but we’d have no hesitation staying here again. A good option for anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Hoi An with genuinely lovely staff. 👍"

"Five Stars Are Not Enough La Siesta was exceptional in every way, but what truly distinguished this hotel was the extraordinary care I received when I became ill. I mentioned a medical issue while checking in, expecting perhaps a recommendation for a local clinic. Within minutes, Ms. Sang arranged for the hotel doctor to examine me in my room. He determined that I needed hospital care. Manager Tien then seamlessly coordinated everything—contacting the international hospital in advance, providing my registration information, and arranging round-trip transportation. When follow-up treatment required daily trips to a hospital in Da Nang, she arranged a dedicated driver each day. Their care went beyond logistics. When I returned from the hospital still feeling unwell, Ms. Tien thoughtfully sent hot soup and ginger tea to my room without being asked. She and Ms. Sang continued checking on me through WhatsApp throughout my stay. I truly felt cared for like a family member. The resort itself is beautiful and lush, and breakfast at The Temple was outstanding, with a changing buffet featuring Hoi An specialties and helpful explanations of the local dishes. My daughter and son-in-law, who occupied our second room, also received excellent service. I feel incredibly fortunate that I chose La Siesta. The beauty of the property, wonderful food and exceptional service would easily earn five stars—but the compassion and genuine hospitality of this team made my stay unforgettable. Five s"
