Located very close (walking distance) to Hoi An old quarter and at intersection that was easy to catch a Grab ride. Charming hotel, with cute and clean rooms. Customer service was exemplary, especially from the reception area staff. Buffet breakfast was decent. Will definitely stay here again.

Loved this hotel. Everyone was so friendly and attentive to any need we had. It is in a great location and an easy walk to the night markets as well as other things. Our room was very nice and quiet.

Very nice hotel, nice rooms, helpful staff, good location. Only feedback I'd give is that housekeeping seemed to come unusually early, like 9.45am, which can be kind of inconvenient while you're getting ready.

Staff is like no other, so friendly and helpful. We accidentally left our safe open and everything was still there. Very clean hotel. Great location. Our room was one of the nicest and the hotel is definitely one of our favourite hotels we've stayed in. The location was great for us. Note that you will here a bit of road noise but we slept very well. Sad to leave it. We can't wait to go back.

Just an amazing hotel to stay at! All the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and kind! The amenities were excellent and the location couldn’t be more perfect if you like a quiet good nights sleep but very accessible to all that old town offers within a 5-10 minute walk! Lovely hotel

Stayed 3 days with my family. It is a lovely hotel with the Hoian style interior. The staffs were very kind. We enjoyed bike rental and shuttle to the beach. The breakfast was also good. Hope to go back soon!

1. Awesome staff. They are so sweet, helpful and always ready to have a conversation. The front desk is really approachable and welcoming. 2. The breakfast is great. Lots of options for vegans as well. 3. We got a room upgrade as well. Was not expecting that. 4. Though it is on the street, the windows are noise blocking so you really don't hear anything 5. The location is good as well. There are convinience stores, restaurants, river and the old town just 10 minutes away on foot. Problems: Nothing. Our stay was great. 0 problems. If you are skeptical about booking this, don't be. Just go ahead.
