The hotel is stunning! The rooms were spacious and very clean, the pool areas were also pristine. We took advantage of the spa and also highly recommend the massages. You are a very short walk to the night market and Hoi An old town. Breakfast in the hotel was the best buffet breakfast I've experienced, huge amount of choice and everything was fresh and tasty. We wish we could have stayed longer!

The manager was great she really made the effort to make us happy . The room was much better but very noisy and we had to climb a step to get into the bed which was hard. The staff was great. The area around the hotel very dirty.

The Bel Marina is a beautiful hotel, tranquil yet still just 5 mins walk to the main part of the old town. Staff are lovely, the hotel is spotlessly clean and breakfast really good. I’d recommend anyone to stay here.

Excellent location in the old town. All facilities were excellent. The room was huge and the buffet breaky was great. Spa was reasonably priced for relaxing treatment. You can use a bicycle for free which we found to be super cool. Would highly recommend staying here for friendly and convenient service.

Beautiful property in the center of Hoi An. The outdoors are absolutely stunning. They have free bicycles. The staff is really helpful. My recommendation is to take a room with a pool view or lake view as the town view can be noisy.

Quiet and relaxing

Nice and quiet hotel next to the Old Town. Rooms were good though the shower with bath -combination is highly unpractical - as you shower the entire bathroom floor will be wet easily. Breakfast was good, only coffee machines should be replaced as they are extremely slow. They have 2 swimming pools and a small gym with no air conditioning. Generally friendly service and staff.
