I really enjoyed staying here! Not only was it a great location, but the staffs were amazing!!! They were so sweet and even gave amazing recommendations for restaurants and places to go. The atmosphere was enjoyable and relaxing. I definitely recommend coming to stay here!

Very Good Hotel

Very good hotel, very helpful staff. Excellent location a 5 minute walk away from the lively Hoi An centre. Far enough away to be quiet, close enough to enjoy the action.

Lovely stay

Like the hotel style quite local with stylish tiles. Free bike renting, 30% off spa kind of a good deal, balcony is my favourite u can just relax there. Breakfast buffet is nice a lot of choices with salad, staff Ms Nga would greet us in the morning to check on our needs, very caring!

The hotel was situated on a very convenient location but not in the craziness of the busy center. It was located on walking distance from everything. An Bang beach was a pleasant bike ride away. Staff was very helpful.

Excellent hotel, attentive service, great breakfast, cozy atmosphere. Only stayed for two days but well worth value. Used hotel bike to get around town, super convenient. I highly recommend this hotel, as it was extremely comfortable to stay in. Will stay at this hotel again. Not a reflection on the hotel but the weather is quite humid and rainy in October.

Charming La Charm Hotel

We stayed four days at La Charm Hotel in Hoi An and it was great! The room was clean, bright and had everything we needed. The included breakfast was extensive and tasty, the bikes were free and in good condition. And the staff were very welcoming and helpful in sorting out the various things we wanted to do in and around Hoi An. Ms Loan in particular was very helpful, attentive and hospitable.

It was ok, had hoped for more of a boutique experience, lots of upselling, breakfast ok, quite impersonal but location good. Beds were nice but came away not blown away as we were with other hotels in Vietnam. I felt we could have done better

Absolutely top notch experience, one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. After I booked the hotel I was contacted by Nga, the guest relation in the hotel. She couldn't have been any nicer and replied to me swiftly to any questions I had. The hotel is outstanding, breakfast out of this world, so many options and tasty food and their salt coffee in the bar was the best one I had in Vietnam. I would go back to Hoi An just to stay in this hotel again

Lovely hotel, fantastic location

The location of this hotel was ideal, just a short walk along the river to the old town - perfect spot. The hotel staff were excellent and really go above and beyond to ensure that you are having a pleasant stay, everyone was so friendly. The hotel offers a range of tours as well which they can help book - whilst we did not use them, the hotel still gave us plenty of advice. We borrowed bikes (for free) and enjoyed cycling round the area across the many bridges and seeing the other side of Hoi An - can highly recommend this. Amazing for the price paid as well and the breakfast will keep you full until you are ready to hit the street food for dinner!

I had a very comfortable stay at the Le Charm Hotel in Hoi An. The room was a suitable size for a solo traveller and the amenities on offer were great. The staff in reception, the restaurant, and the spa were incredibly kind and helpful and really put me at ease. When I arrived, one of the reception staff sat down with me and provided me a map of local attractions and services that might be to my liking and even provided me a refreshing welcome drink. Just what I needed on a hot day! The hotel is within walking distance of the Old Town but there is limited shade on the walk so make sure to use any kind of UV protection (even if it's overcast). If you area able to ride a bicycle I would highly recommend using one of the bikes provided by the hotel to reduce the walking time in UV exposure.

We booked a low floor connecting room. Room was clean and it was not noisy despite low level. However, basin in master bedroom was small and tap was hard to turn on. Bed was also showing its age as it lacked support. Otherwise staff are warm, friendly and go the extra mile to ensure our stay is comfortable. Location was impeccable. It was walking distant to the food street and old market. Booking of show and latern release is a breeze at the hotel. On the whole, good hotel and great location.

Fint hotell med hjälpsam personal.

Hotellet och rummet är fint. Allt fungerar som det ska. Personalen är mycket hjälpsam och är uppmärksamma på att allt fungerar. Frukosten är fin. Man har en fin pool och bra gym samt spa med massage.
