"Very happy with everything offered at Barcelo Maya Palace. The cleanliness and upkept of everything was amazing. Food offered was incredible - great variety every nice and hospitality was on point, at your side whenever you needed them, from the room, lobby, buffet, beach or poolside. The shuttle service was very helpful for whenever we wanted to travel - wherever. Only downfall I would say is that is quite a bit of distance from Cancun excursions which made for quite a drive to get places/cost as well. Overall, I would give Barcelo a 10/10 - Made for an incredible family vacation long overdue and it was the perfect location for all of us, from adults to teenagers to enjoy our time and relaxation for a reasonable cost and comfort. Best of all - Our family photos along the beach are memories that will be cherish for a lifetime. "

"Awesome place to stay. It was my first time in an all inclusive and will definitely be back. The staff everywhere is super friendly. The concierge personnel are extreme helpful with booking your dinners and giving you all the info for the activities happening in the area. Extremely grateful for ours-Derek. Everyone will make sure we had everything we needed. All staff will acknowledge you as you pass by them. We were able to go to 4 different a la carte restaurants, all delicious. Our favorite one was La Cantina, we enjoyed the show they have. Also Casa Alma, next to the beach. The breeze you will feel there, so calming. The bars! WOW! The bartenders will have your next drink ready without you asking for them. Bartender Jorge at La Prana pool 100%. Delicious Drinks! A highly recommended place to go as a couple or as a family with kids since they also have a lot of activities for them and a pool playground. The spa. The hydrotherapy. Everything. Go for several days in order to be able to enjoy everything they have to offer. Don’t miss the shows, every night it’s a different one. "The A la Carte restaurant was great but the ability to go to them was not convenient. And the allowance should be adjusted to the number of days you stay. We went for a week and only had 3 allowance"
