"We chose this hotel as it is close to Changi airport as we had a late arriving flight and then a departure 12 hours later. It took 10 minutes by taxi to get to it at 2am.
The room was clean and large with a small kitchen we were upgraded to a deluxe room from superior.
The bathroom had a lot of mould in it and could do with a deep clean. Check in at 2am after a long flight could have been quicker.
The hotel is ideally located next to a shopping centre so we grabbed something to eat there in the morning.
I recommend this hotel for a reasonably priced stay in a comfortable hotel next to Changi and would definitely stay again if transiting."

"Very good breakfast. Rooftop slimming pool excellent, with good views. It’s a trek to get not downtown Singapore, but the hotel can’t be guilty of that. The free shuttle bus to/from the airport works very well."

"Overall, we had a nice stay at the hotel. The location is excellent, with plenty of eateries and conveniences nearby, which made getting around and finding food very easy.
The breakfast was also a highlight — there was a wide variety of options and everything was generally fresh and well-prepared.
However, our experience at reception was disappointing. The staff member named Mariz was quite rude, unhelpful, and unfriendly during check-in. First impressions matter a lot, and this interaction did not reflect well on the hotel. Management may want to review staffing at the front desk, as this is the first point of contact for guests.
Additionally, the omelet station at breakfast could be improved. The staff member there seemed inexperienced, as we were served an undercooked, runny omelet that was not prepared according to our request, which was disappointing.
Overall, it’s a good hotel with a great location and solid breakfast, but improvements in service — especially at reception and the omelet station — would make a big difference.
