"Room was clean but nothing special. Very poor design. In the bathroom no space to place anything. Nowhere to hang anything. Everything very cheap. This is a new hotel but design is extremely bad. Windows can’t open so you need to have aircon blasting all the times. No amenities. Nothing. They say it’s ESG but it’s just being cheap. I don’t know how they have 5*. It’s a 3* hotel! They provide glass bottle in the room to fill with water but it was dirty and smell bad. Staff is ok don’t care about anything don’t try to do anything. If I would know about this standard it would pick different hotel not worth the money. No VIP extras which were promised by Hotels.com. Breakfast was ok. Restaurant is small but food is fine. Pool on the roof is fine but there is no bar or service over there so you can’t have coffee or anything. No room service, no laundry. Only good thing is location and shuttle bus to Kai Tak. "

"Well, the room was nice. The view was fantastic. But that there is not enough money to provide even a bottle of water is not understandable and not acceptable. And they tell you that they don’t have toothbrush and whatever you need in the bathroom or you need to buy it that’s still OK. But they really should point out during check-in. There is no drink in the room. You can buy it here now. I think this category not even a bottle of water not acceptable can absolutely not recommend. "Staff was so friendly and the room was nice. However the room amenity are outdated. A 24 inches TV is too small for watching on the bed. The sink' s hot and cold water control were too tight. The carpet need to be cleaned. "

"It was our family’s first time in Hong Kong and overall the hotel was exceptional. However, the front desk staff during check-in was rude. I believe they should be more polite and willing to answer questions, especially for tourists who may not speak the language. On the other hand, housekeeping was exceptional"
