Our stay at Kerry Hotel Hong Kong was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment we checked in, we were greeted with warm hospitality and exceptional service that made us feel instantly welcome.
We stayed in a bay-facing room, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered a stunning panoramic look over Victoria Harbour—watching the sunrise and city lights at night from our room was a highlight of our trip. The room itself was spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable.
One thing that really stood out was the impeccable cleanliness. Everything from the bedding to the bathroom was spotless and well-maintained, which gave us a strong sense of comfort and care. Housekeeping was consistent and detail-oriented, ensuring the room stayed fresh and inviting every day.
The hotel’s overall atmosphere strikes a perfect balance between modern luxury and relaxing charm. We loved the facilities—especially the gorgeous infinity pool with harbor views and the excellent dining options. Breakfast at Big Bay Café offered an incredible spread of local and international dishes in a bright, airy setting. "It was an excellent stay. We love that it is connected in the mall and easy access to trasportation. The Ladies market and Sneakers Market are just few minutes walk. The restaurants are just nearby that’s why we didn’t starve. The hotel was so clean and bed was so comfy. The bathroom was fantastic. Overall experience is excellent. "The premium harbor king size room was absolutely perfect. The view was unbelievable and there is so much to do in the area. The restaurant at the hotel is wonderful and the food was excellent. We had the most incredible time during our stay. I would have to say above all, the best part was the amazing staff. They had a personalized note waiting for us when we arrived, and they even had our names on the tv screen welcoming us.
