"The front desk (Cynthia) was very helpful in checking us in. The rooms were clean (we had reservations for 2 rooms) and toiletries were easy to get. We plan to use Eaton next time we go back to HK."

"Hard to fault this hotel except the windows aren't in the best condition and TV channels were limited. There is an annoying small step which leads to the bathroom which we stubbed our toe on which doesn't serve any purpose. Staff were very helpful and polite and cleaned the rooms almost immaculately everyday."
