The room was horrible and dusty when I checked-in late at the first night, but I ordered the receptionist to clean up the dirty room the first thing in the morning after that clean and cozy till the last day. The reception is open for 24 hours. The receptionists are kind and friendly. The environment is also good and safe. Very convenient. "

The floor-to-ceiling windows offered a stunning panoramic look over Victoria Harbour—watching the sunrise and city lights at night from our room was a highlight of our trip. "It was an excellent stay. We love that it is connected in the mall and easy access to trasportation. The Ladies market and Sneakers Market are just few minutes walk. The restaurants are just nearby that’s why we didn’t starve. The hotel was so clean and bed was so comfy. The bathroom was fantastic. Overall experience is excellent.
