"The staff was so friendly and polite, room was bigger that I had expected and was very clean. Pool areas were very nice as well as all the different bars and lobby’s. The whole property is amazing. I really couldn’t have asked for more considering the price. My favorite part was all the different restaurants, food was always delicious and the buildings were beautiful. 10/10 would stay here again "

"The hotel offers 3 amazing pools. One designated for little ones with slides. The recreation team was very kind and funny. They also offered a trapeze for all guests. The food was very good- lot of variety. We got a beautiful garden view. The New Year celebration was a blast! We really happy with our choice."

"We did have an issue with Christmas Eve dinner reservations. We did not know they were needed until I saw it posted in Facebook. Made a note on Facebook and received a call from Guest Services. Went there spoke to a representative who then got the assistant manager. Her name was Ines. She listened to my concerns as why we were not told during the check in process that certain restaurants were closed on Christmas Eve and that reservations were needed. I told her it was our anniversary and we wanted to go to the steak house but it was closed. We decided to go to the buffet after speaking to people who we met there. They have been to the resort for 5 years at the same time and stated the buffet was excellent. They were right. Ines was there when we went to dinner. She wished us a Happy Anniversary and took off. When we go back to our room she had it decorated with balloons, a heart of rose petals on the bed and Mylar balloons saying Happy Anniversary. She went above and beyond to make our night special. She also called the next day to make sure everything was ok. We truly appreciated what she did for us Thank you Ines for all you did. This is our 2nd time at Majestic and we will be back next Christmas. Everyone from the staff was so friendly and always remembered us when we came in the restaurants or buffet. They remembered what we drank etc. We had a fantastic time"

"Our trip to the Royalton was wonderful. The pools are kept clean as are the grounds. There are tons of activities around the pools. Our large group had something to always do. The best part of the hotel was the wonderful staff. So many were helpful and made the overall experience better. Adoni was so great helping my large group organize dinners and having a special surprise for my parents big anniversary. Overall a very nice experience. "
