"We stayed for 2 nights in a Deluxe Seaview Room while traveling with our 1-year-old girl. We had originally booked a Panoramic Seaview Room but after requesting a baby cot, we were informed that the room couldn’t accommodate one. The team kindly moved us to a Deluxe Seaview Room instead — though the bathroom was smaller and didn’t have a bathtub, the cot fit comfortably beside the bed. Something to keep in mind if you’re traveling with a baby. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, and we loved how family-friendly the hotel is. The recreation facilities are fantastic — thoughtfully designed with different zones for different age groups. Breakfast was another highlight with an impressive variety of choices and even dedicated corners for kids and baby food."

"They gave us a complimentary upgrade for our room and it ended up being on the top floor with two balconies. It was so kind and a nice add on for our first time in Singapore!"

"Excellent hotel in a great location within Singapore. Near to Marina bay and an underground train station very close by meant easy access to everywhere. Staff attentive, polite and really nice. Breakfast was a huge choice and variety of cuisine."

"The efficiency of the hotel staff and procedure was incredible. At booking we were not able to secure 2 beds so we enquired at the front desk during check-in. They did not have the room configuration for us but gave us a proposal to have the sofa converted to a bed which we gladly accepted. When we proceeded immediately to our room, housekeeping was already making the final touches for the sofa bed. There were other aspects like providing a birthday cake which also demonstrated their lighting speed reaction. "

"Room is very clean and the amenities are second to none. The staff are all wonderful from the concierge with Ry Anne and Irina (hopefully I have their names spelled correctly) to the room stewards (1758 first time and 1852 the second time). Your employees are all very professional and did their job to the standards of a 5 star hotel. Great and outstanding hotel for the rates or amount customers pay.. Just outstanding!"
