The front office team deserves special mention- Dylan was a star! And not to forget Catherine- she was also amazing! They were very hands-on, attentive, and made the entire check-in feel so welcoming. Throughout my stay, the staff consistently demonstrated professionalism and genuine care. Dylan was always so helpful and ready to help me and amma plan the day! the friendly attitude of the staff made a big difference in the overall experience. It’s clear that guest satisfaction is a top priority here. The warm service and attention to detail truly set this hotel apart. I would highly recommend Pan Pacific Singapore to anyone visiting the city, and I will definitely be returning in the future!"

"The breakfast was amazing, no waiting and selection of food was excellent. Staff was amazing particularly at reception when they organised an emergency dentist for me. The entire property was beautifully clean and the location was perfect for us. Only a very small problem with the lifts I don’t think there was enough in good working condition for such a large property. "

"After a long flight, this hotel was peaceful, perfectly located within the airport terminal and as a bonus, the breakfast was superb! Every staff member we spoke to was friendly and helpful. It’s more expensive than our usual budget but worth every dollar."

"I stayed here for a short layover. Overall, the stay was decent. Positives: The room was quite spacious and the basic amenities were fine. The property is a bit dated, but reasonably well maintained. Cleanliness was decent, but there’s definitely room for improvement. Things to be aware of: The biggest issue is the location. It is often advertised as being 3–5 km from Changi Airport, but it’s actually around 15–16 km away. Travel time can be 40–45 minutes during the day, so don’t rely on it being “close” to the airport. The hotel is also not centrally located. There are a few local food options nearby, but not much if you’re looking to explore Singapore or enjoy a wider variety of restaurants. This is more about the area than the hotel itself. Getting a Grab during off hours can also take some time, so plan accordingly. I didn’t try the breakfast, so can’t comment on that. Overall: Good for a quiet stay, but not ideal if you want quick airport access or a central location."

"Overall, we had a nice stay at the hotel. The location is excellent, with plenty of eateries and conveniences nearby, which made getting around and finding food very easy. The breakfast was also a highlight — there was a wide variety of options and everything was generally fresh and well-prepared. However, our experience at reception was disappointing. The staff member named Mariz was quite rude, unhelpful, and unfriendly during check-in. First impressions matter a lot, and this interaction did not reflect well on the hotel. Management may want to review staffing at the front desk, as this is the first point of contact for guests. Additionally, the omelet station at breakfast could be improved. The staff member there seemed inexperienced, as we were served an undercooked, runny omelet that was not prepared according to our request, which was disappointing. Overall, it’s a good hotel with a great location and solid breakfast, but improvements in service — especially at reception and the omelet station — would make a big difference. "
