"The room was clean, the front desk was very helpful and David was helpful with showing us the room, instructions to set up hotel WiFi and delivering the my luggages as well as the lost luggage at the cruise ship notice from the front desk for pick up. Also the helpful instruction on how to adjust the room temperature."
