"This is a very nice hotel in a good location for access to f&b, shopping etc. Reception always accessible and helpful. Room was quite impressive although the "subdued" lighting in the bathroom area is not great for visibility. We had an issue with our room and it was sorted quickly with a comp brekky thrown in. We had a late flight so they held our luggage and gave us access to a shower/powder room to get cleaned up later on (and managed a 3pm checkout). Only issue is road noise - we were on 9th floor and it was still noticeable. This was an odd-numbered room - the even-numbered face back and would probably be quieter I suspect. Overall, a good choice in Singapore although tbh there is plenty of similar quality choice"
