"Helpful and friendly staff. The Onsen is very nice especially the outside area that you can hire. The beds were comfortable. Not a lot of space for storage of clothes and luggage in the rooms. The Japanese restaurant in the spa was good and affordable. The Chinese restaurant was good food. The hotel and rooms are dated and need a Refresh. "The location is excellent by being close to trains, buses, and department stores. The room was tiny but clean. There was no safe to keep your valuables, or a microwave in the room. It was a bit odd to heat up your food in another floor and take it to your room using an elevator. The room cannot be used between 10am and 3pm if you want it to be cleaned, which was a major inconvenience forme."
