The staff was great. The room was clean and well equipped. In winter, it could be good to provide more blankets in the rooms, as they are quite cold and I personally do not want to use the heater.

Great hotel

The hotel is really clean and right beside the station so it’s quick access. The room is quite nice and comfortable. It’s one of the nicer/nicest hotels I stayed in during my trip

We were happy with our stay at Celecton in Kitamoto. The communal bathrooms, the hotel room, the kind front desk staff, and the free ramen dinners were all very appreciated!

Staff is friendly and helpful to foreign travelers. Room was clean and comfortable, and there’s a nice breakfast buffet from the lovely cooking staff. Located just steps away from the station. Great stay!

The hotel is 5 seconds away from Kitamoto Station, and 50 minutes away from Tokyo Station. Very convenient, quiet and nice. There is also a big hot bathtub, which helps you relax after a day of hard work.

Located in an excellent location, a minutes walk from Kitamoto Station. The spa is great. The breakfast buffet is okay. I would like some extra stuff for the buffet to make it closer to 10/10.

You can see the hotel from the platform when you get off the train...Friendly staff, good amenities, room is not as small than we think (15sq m) , love the FREE ramen very night. Breakfast was good (we pay at hotel). Food places and shopping on the opposite side of train station exit.

Clean. Bathroom is excellent. Lighting is good. Right infront of train station so really convenient. Shonan shinjyuku line takes 45 minuts to go Ikebukuro.

Need to be more tourist friendly.

The hotel was very comfortable. But it is not tourist friendly. What I mean by that is there should be more signs in English and in other foreign languages. Because at this time there are a lot of tourist Visting Japan. I speak fluent Japanese but I noticed that there should be songs in English.

温泉があり、夜鳴きカレーという宿泊当日夜にカレーのサービスがあるなど、サービス面では好感度高いが、フロントの対応は杓子定規な感じがいなめない。CSを心がけた対応に期待したい。 関内説明書を読めということで、自分で調べたり確認したりしなければならないことが多く、初めての宿泊客にはストレスを感じる面が結構あった。部屋にペットボトルサービスがなく、ポットを置いていたが、水道水が飲めるのかなどの案内も置いておいて欲しかった。

都市の中心部からは離れていますが、駅そばで改札口からすぐでしたから荷物も持っていても楽でした。 部屋は清潔で、快適に過ごせました。 サービスで夜のカレー、おやつはとても嬉しかったです。 今回は大浴場は使いませんでしたが、次宿泊するときは使いたいです。

優點： 1.乾淨、交通便利離北本站走路30秒 2.早餐、宵夜咖喱飯、隔壁是Daily便利商店 3.一樓有免費溫泉浴場，很安靜、有保險箱 4.火車站另一側有Masala義大利餐廳超讚👍 缺點： 1.十點前必須離房，否則就不能清掃房間 (其實應該可以再彈性一點，但還是不太習慣 以致於前幾天待到中午才出發，房間都沒掃) 2.早餐必須在8:45前進場、宵夜是7:30-9:30 (為了吃早餐必須趕在8:45進場9:30前趕回來) 3.溫泉只開放時間5:00-9:00、17:00-24:00 (吃完早餐跟午餐後就不能泡溫泉⋯？) 4.附近很安靜很偏僻，車站另外一側商店多 但還是因為距離太遠到哪都要轉車不太方便) 總評： 雖然這次千挑萬選，選擇北本Celecton Hotel 一開始期待很高，一看到房間超小就有點失望 無法同時打開兩個行李箱的侷促感⋯很尷尬⋯ 再者這家飯店員工普遍都很親切、但還是有 某位主管規定比較嚴格，住起來感覺不太自在 可能在自己國家自由習慣，覺得住得有點彆扭 雖然當作省錢度假，認識了Masala義大利餐廳 老闆Hana小姐，覺得很安慰⋯但平心而論⋯ 下次我應該不會再來住這間飯店，有些失落⋯ 還是很謝謝努力服務我們的辛苦工作人員們⋯ 下次建議可以前往大宮站、或春日部、上野等 會有更多好的選擇吧？希望⋯
