"The location is excellent by being close to trains, buses, and department stores. The room was tiny but clean. There was no safe to keep your valuables, or a microwave in the room. It was a bit odd to heat up your food in another floor and take it to your room using an elevator. The room cannot be used between 10am and 3pm if you want it to be cleaned, which was a major inconvenience forme."

There's a co-working space, kids drawing/toys area, a "welcome" drink station, ice cream, amenities station(e.g. toothbrush/wipes/etc), breakfast, tourist info for the area, slippers for the room and hotel, and even umbrellas for rent. "We stayed for five nights so our son could play with a nearby football academy. We knew we would need space to have comfortable downtime in the hotel room and also room to eat meals. Candeo Omiya was great in that it had three dedicated beds and a couch with enough space for us all to sit comfortably. We also made good use of the laundry on the 14th floor. "

There was one thing though that could have been better - it was not possible to switch my hotel room tv over to a different HDMI source. Because of that, it was not possible to connect my firestick to it. I think that's something for them to address for future travelers that might want to hook up a firestick, switch, or steam deck. But if you're looking for a relatively inexpensive place to stay, this is a pretty good choice. "
