"ペット同伴可能ということで、利用しました。経年相応の古さはありますが、リフォームして綺麗にされています。事前にスタッフの方がエアコンを起動していてくれたのか、部屋があったまっていましたが、当日は気温も高く、日中は暑かったです。逆にエアコンを止めると夜間は寒く、その点で古い建物だと感じる点はありました。無人チェックインなので、対人でのやり取りはなく、その辺煩わしい人には、おすすめできるかと思います。ベッドも多数あり、大人数で泊まるにはおすすめではないでしょうか。一点、一回のテレビですが、集煙装置のため、ソファー側からテレビが見づらいのが気になりました。 "

It's slightly on the older side, however the owner is very attentive and will fix issues on the spot if notified. "Good location just outside Sapporo’s covered street. Enjoyed the service. I needed help with another hotel and Antony was kind enough to call for me and sort out my issue. Clean, spacious and good views of the mountain. It has lots of convenience stores around including one in the hotel. Parking is free when you stay there too, very convenient. I will definitely consider coming back if I return to Sapporo. The only downside if there’s one is that you need to pay for the onsen but I did enjoy it."

"We really enjoyed our stay, the staff were friendly and helpful. However we didn’t add on breakfast during our stay. The real highlight of the hotel was the onsen, it was clean, calm and well designed. It had a dry which very hot. It was great to finish with a cold plunge. There was an indoor and open air sauna, and a shower with a strong stream of water for shoulders and back. Afterward you could use the hairdryers and other products to get ready. The rooms were clean and we liked the nice big windows. As well at the little sitting place. It was the perfect spot to have a coffee or tea in the morning. However there wasn’t much space to hang or store clothing."
