"Staff were courteous and helpful. Room was spacious, luxurious and spotless. Food at breakfast and lounge access were delicious. Spa on the top floor was very good although crowded in the evening. Loved our stay!"

"Great hotel! The room was spacious with a fantastic view. The lounge was great to hang out in with free snacks and draft Sapporo beer. They also had a free shuttle that takes you to Odori park and the train station during the Snow Festival. This will be my goto place for next year. "

All encounters with the staff demonstrated a pleasant interaction and staff happy to answer questions and assist. The room was immaculate with plenty of amenities. The breakfast was amazing. Ultimately our stay was so pleasant we are returning to stay on our return trip. "
