The following day my daughter coming for 10 days and Satou wanted me to pay the bill when my daughter is still arriving the next day. We all booked via Hotel com . Satou was mad when i said my daughter will pay when she arrives. Well the whole cleaning ladies Anna Marie and other filipinas clean so well. Eberything is spic and span. Food fantastic."

"A beautiful hotel that was clean and modern. The staff was very welcoming and the location is fantastic. We are excited when we discovered the underground walkways that attached to the hotel. It is close to the station and other things to see. The dinner and breakfast buffet was wonderful. It had a big variety, there was something for everyone. We will stay here again!"

"The room was larger than what we expected. Shower is great. Took advantage of the breakfast buffet on the last day and wished we took advantage of it earlier. Food was good, especially where there was all you can eat Ikura! We liked the location as it was near the train station so it was easy to get to other locations and the airport. Next time we go to Sapporo we will stay there again."
