"A beautiful hotel that was clean and modern. The staff was very welcoming and the location is fantastic. We are excited when we discovered the underground walkways that attached to the hotel. It is close to the station and other things to see. The dinner and breakfast buffet was wonderful. It had a big variety, there was something for everyone. We will stay here again!"

Food was good, especially where there was all you can eat Ikura! We liked the location as it was near the train station so it was easy to get to other locations and the airport. Next time we go to Sapporo we will stay there again."
