"My wife and I stayed at Hotel Gracery during our recent trip to Tokyo. The service was excellent. The rooms were rather spacious and modern. The thing we liked most was the location. This hotel was in the center of it all. Waking distance to everything. The two things I did not like were the terrace to see Godzilla head was closed. I also didn’t like that there was no American television to watch during my stay. "

"The location of this hotel was in a neighborhood. Local eating establishments were within walking distance of all directions, friendly staff clean hotel in the area felt safe. It was further away from the center of attractions however, the area felt safe."

"I knew this hotel was in a Business district before I booked it and it was actually not bad. The location is super convenient with a short walk to Oedo line and a few more steps to the much larger Shimbashi station it offered an easy way to get around Tokyo and because you’re in a Business district just avoid the rush hours and it’s quite nice. Evening time may not have as many dining options as other areas but there was a decent selection close by. Room was clean and well kept. They offered a free baby crib which was a huge plus for us. Garbage bins and towels were changed daily and the bed was made but the sheets weren’t changed daily but that was okay with us. Room size was typical for a Japanese hotel but it had just enough space for us. Upon checkout we left an item behind in our room and we called the moment we noticed it was missing and the hotel found the item and they held it for almost two weeks while we travelled Japan and picked it up on our return to Tokyo before our flight home. We would definitely stay here again."

"Daily spotless cleaning, Nespresso machine in room, tea kettle and choice of teas downstairs. Also, every toiletry you might need available. Gorgeous Japanese bath house segregated by men/ women. Staff was friendly and helpful. Right across the street from the train station, super convenient to get around "
