Shinagawa Prince Hotel
Check in and check out are quick. Baggage hold was convenient. Coin laundry worked. Good location and close by a 711. However, the temperature in the room is constantly hot and the ac does not work and the windows do not open.

Tokyo Bay Shiomi Prince Hotel
Staff very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Rooms were large for my family of 4 with 3 over 6’. Buffet was amazing great variety. Quiet location but right across street was transit station and a few restaurants and a grocery store nearby.
