Room was clean and staff was helpful. I was surprised the room did not have complimentary tea or coffee. The parking discount was very helpful. Connection to mall and onsen was convenient. Expedia’s offer to include onsen access at booking was also helpful.

The room was spotless, the staff was amazing and they had great amenities. The hotel is also very close to the Shiomi train station so it was very convenient.

Room was very clean upon arrival ready for us to unpack and take a much needed shower and break. Staff was very helpful throughout our stay and went above and beyond everyday. Room service did a great job and cleaning crew made us feel clean and ready for every day!
