"Very nice room for what we paid for. It was clean, had all the things we needed, nice bathroom, and staff were friendly. The breakfast was a bit expensive for us so we didn't get it. I heard mixed reviews on its contents with one patron telling us it was a great buffet because their family used it for their one meal every day. We are foodies so we went outside to eat each time."

"Well placed in the center of Sumida. Clean and with good food. Breakfasts are a great start to each day. Helpful staff. Close to the skytree and the station! I would stay here all over again. If I return, I plan to."

"Concierge was very helpful in excursion planning and execution. We didn't buy breakfast option, ate as we wished in restaurant. al a carte not available at breakfast buffet, so couldn't eat with friends. Dinner options in hotel very good, plus in area that offered A LOT more"

"The property was clean, location was close to Shinjuku Stn South Entrance (for 1st timer to lavigate around Shinjuku and walk to Shabuya etc.) Air condition work perfectly, the room is abit tiny. It ok for petite tourists but maybe not for tall tourists. I think it manageable for tourists who dont mind. Overall, great stay."
