"Nice hotel would have been nicer if people could actually go out on the patio where Godzilla is to take pictures!!! this has been closed for some time no reason given why? Overall, hotel is decent. The area of the hotel is in does not feel safe at night. You are in the red light District of Tokyo so there is that and you will be approached to visit bars, rent hookers and so on…. The people that approach you will not go away even when you tell them you’re not interested. Overall, the area is very sketchy after dark."

"The hotel was really nice and convenient. Super clean. I requested one of their refurbish rooms. We had nice crisp Pjs and Robes for all of us. All goodies in the bathroom. You will not need anything. I did not give the 5 stars because the beds are in the hard side. I called and they placed a few banquets on the bed to make it a bit softer. But everything else was great. The metro station is nearby. Very nice park close by with a great restaurant for breakfast. They also have many restaurants in the hotel that are worth going to. We personally had breakfast at 7/11 that is located on premises. They also cave complementary transportation to Disney World. Would stay there if I ever returned."

"Far enough away from the noise of Shinjuku, close enough to Shinjuku train station that made it simple to get to anywhere you needed to go. Compareable room sizes to European hotels, comfy beds. Excellent breakfast with fantastic views! The only downfall was the laundry facilities. Only 5 washers and dryers on the main floor, for all the guests. They could try putting 3 sets of machines on every second floor perhaps? It was a fight to get a machine, on any given day. Other than that, all was good."
