"The staff is excellent and professional.
The hotel is close to the station and near a convenience store as well as two rather large shopping centers within easy walking distance. I felt very comfortable and enjoyed my stay very much!"

"Highest floors are un-livable, there are extremely loud vibrations that made me complain for money back. They didnt accept, however luckily they allowed me to change room for 4th floor, which I accepted and there the vibrations could not be heard, just extremely loud street noise intercom outside of the room."

"The location of this place was IT. Near the best things in Tokyo and it’s at such an affordable price. I walked around all the other hotels I was considering and I thought this place was perfect where it was. When I come back here the only thing I will change is getting an even better room for all the shopping stuff I buy since it’s next to everything. Thank you for all the service Sequence hotel. "

"It's pretty awesome to stay at the hotel with the giant Godzilla on the top of it. Unfortunately the terrace was closed while I was there but it did not take away from my stay. Great staff. "Hotel in the heart of Shibuya. Easy access to dining, shopping, and the train station. The staff was very courteous. Each morning, breakfast had a great selection of items on the all you can eat bar. The bathroom was very nice! Great shower pressure and hot water. The lid of the bidet toilet opened automatically every time i walked in the restroom. The room was not extremely big, but it for Japan I think it was a pretty good size. Bed was very firm. Linens all white. "
