"Hotel is lovely and located next to the malls and SnR. Rooms are good. Staff very friendly. The hotel was under many restrictions due to the pandemic but tried everything to keep guests happy. Only complaint was only 2 towels in room but reservation was for three. Pool closed due to pandemic"

"The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Always with a smile and a hello. The hotel location is so close to shopping at SM Mall just a short walk across parking lot.
Only negatives were the beds were too soft. Needed a mattress change and only toweled in bath are 2 bath towels. No hand or wag cloths. When called for dry towels the desk sent up just 1 bath towel. There were 3 of us in the room so wet towels to shower with the next day.
Would stay here again based on great stAff and location. "
