I booked Hop Inn Hotel Iloilo from August 29 to September 3 but had to check out early due to a terrible experience. On the morning of August 30, I discovered there was no running water—the bathroom faucet was completely dry. I reported it to the front desk and was told it would be fixed “in a few minutes,” but nothing happened. When I asked for the manager, I was informed the manager only comes in later in the day.
