Friendly staff, a quite space in a great area with a fantastic young professionals nightlife scene close by. The WiFi was fantastic and the how showers were even better

Industrial feel hotel

Needs rug in the bathroom, parking is very limited, nearby restobar and walking distance to a museum and mall.

Location and Good Breakfast

The location is just walking distance to Festive Walk. A different look and feel of a hotel, industrial interior design. Room is clean, rest of us enjoyed it. Wifi on the 3rd floor is strong. We love the pork asado and ham.

Very centrally located near shopping malls. This hotel is also quite funky with its simple yet pleasing design. Would definitely stay here again!

This property is ok until you forget to ask the price $ of an item and charge it to your room, this is how “they get you”! I had a cup of tea with my breakfast which was “Twinings” brand which is very “low end”, when I checked out they wanted $1.60 for the one tea bag....at the local grocery store in Iloilo you get the WHOLE BOX for $1.60.

A short walk to Megaworld

Hotel is a nice modern style. Polished conctere and boho chic style. Its nice amd clean with a comfy bed. The.shower is good and works well. Comes with breakfast which was ok but coffee was extra. Its very near megaworld and a short walk to sm city so very convenient for amenities. I would recommend this hotel.

Brand new hotel close to Festive Walk , clean and rooms are nicely decorated. Doesn’t have basic amenities like face towel hand soap and tooth brush ,only have liquid body wash and shampoo in the shower , but you get what you paid for . Overall happy with my stay ,and would consider staying here again , I told the front desk that we can’t see there sign outside so my cab driver drove around trying to find the place .
