I booked Hop Inn Hotel Iloilo from August 29 to September 3 but had to check out early due to a terrible experience. "It would have been excellent if the bathroom was not flooding when you take a shower. Otherwise the facility was clean. The area was beautiful and it is walking distance to all the night life."

For three nights, there was no water. I even had to ask housekeeping just to bring me water to brush my teeth and wash my face. Despite this, the hotel was still accepting guests. I requested a full refund, but the front desk said they would only refund 4 nights instead of 5.
This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Unprofessional, inconvenient, and unacceptable. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
