"This was ok for one night. Road noise was a bit loud, but they provided ear plugs which was nice. I was put in the unit attached to the check in office and next to smoking area which was not ideal. Nice staff, comfy bed. "

"We chose this hotel as it was near the park. The staff were efficient and very helpful. They have us tea and sweets on arrival before showing us to our room. The western style twin beds were clean and comfortable apart from the normal Japanese hard pillows. The legless chairs with cushions were set on a tatami platform and it overlooked a residential area & trees. The shower room was clean and well appointed. "The location is a 2-minute walk from the train station, making it accessible to anything in the city. I worked every morning and toured the city and neighboring communities in the afternoon. It was perfect!

"This is the Sotetsu Inn you should choose when visiting Kumamoto. Note that it is bigger than the typical Sotetsu inns in the Tokyo area so you get a more spacious quiet and comfortable room. Location is perfect as you are right next to the shopping arcade. "
