Overall it is a great place to stay. Only that there was dirt on the blanket sheet so I had to reduce the rating for cleanliness. The staff replaced the sheet for me quickly and it was all good.

Would have more bigger and clear sign to direct first time hotel guest with car for clear parking instructions! Since the hotel is location on top of the shopping mall and without any hotel driveway can drive up to the hotel main entrance.

Staff was very accommodating when we arrived at midnight for check-in. Got a room on the 12th floor with a nice view of the town. The bath was nice and relaxing. The hotel is very very close to the train station! All in all a recommended place to stay while in Kumamoto

Great location direct access to the mall, staff are all very friendly helpful and accommodating. Room was very clean and spacious. Best hotel in terms of location price and size.
