"The Regina was a beautiful hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had many options, was fresh, and the staff was prompt with coffee and juice. The location is perfect for site seeing and shopping. The room was immaculate and well stocked with toiletries, robes, and slippers. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madrid. "

"Fantastic hotel in the middle of Madrid. Very helpful and friendly staff. Very clean. Well kept hotel. No matter the time you just have to wait a few seconds for the elevator. Breakfast is very good and diverse. A little minor was that opposite our room was a room used by housekeeping which could be at tat noisy but never late in the evening. Really recommend this hotel."

"We really liked the location as we were attending a match at the Bernabeu stadium and it is only a 10 minute walk. We are a family of 5 so had to book 2 rooms. They were on the same hall. The rooms were very cramped - the room for 3 did not even have a chair to sit on. Carpet is old and grubby looking. Breakfast was ok. There did not seem to be a restaurant on site and not a huge amount of restaurants in the area. The pool was closed as it was April. "

"El hotel súper céntrico. A unos pasos del parque del retiro. Lo único es q pedimos habitacion para 3 y la cama en vez de queen era twin y se separaba. Viajamos mi esposo mi hija de 11 años y yo. El buffet de desayuno súper Rico. El staff siempre muy atento. Nos guardaron las maletas el último día porq el vuelo salía muy tarde. En general lo recomiendo. Abajo muchas tiendas para ir de shipping."

"Estuvimos hospedados durante 4 noches, y no pude dormir nunca, me parece una locura que uno no pueda climatizar su habitación, el calor era insoportable, esta era una queja general de los huéspedes, la respuesta del staff es que el aire acondicionado no se podía encender porque en esta temporada estaba bloqueado. El hotel está muy bien, excelente desayuno y buenas instalaciones, pero lo más importante que es descansar bien, nos fuè imposible. Podría decir que es uno de los mejores hoteles en que me he quedado y donde peor he dormido. Deben cambiar esa modalidad urgentemente, esta fecha de inicio de abril cuando ya el clima supera los 20 grados Celsius, se necesita un aire acondicionado. La sugerencia que se nos dió fué que abriéramos la ventana, el ruido y la claridad era súper molesto y con todo y eso no logramos tener una temperatura agradable."
