Such a stylish hotel - I loved it and would definitely stay there again! The bathroom was really spacious, which we appreciated. The gym is very nicely equipped - with some cardio equipment but also nice set of free weights to build out a great workout! Staff were very pleasant.

The hotel is very well located in a nice street and neighborhood. The hotel is modern and classy and staff were very helpful and very attentive. one elevator was not functioning but besides that, we had a great stay.

Good hotel in a classic neighborhood Barrio Salamanca, the best for shopping and dining, extremely friendly staff, good choice. Don’t miss Pimiento Verde the restaurant right next to the hotel.

Very friendly and helpful staff( thank you Paula!). Good location, lovely lobby bar, modern setting, comfortable beds. Stayed for 2 separate single nights on either end of our travels. First night was a VERY small corner room, awkwardly shaped, little/no storage nor space to move around. Second night room was small but more space and adequate.

Accueil amical à l'arrivée et tout au long du séjour. Salle d'exercice avec appareils haut de gamme. Option de mobilité active mise en évidence avec le grand escalier. Le bar est cher pour la qualité des cocktails. La chambre est joliment décorée mais très compacte. Beau quartier tranquille près des transports en commun.

We did not have a good check-in experience. The lady who assisted us told us that my 3 year old counts as an adult and so they would charge us an extra 77euros a night, despite not being able offer us a cot/bed, and never mind that he sleeps in our bed anyhow while we travel. After being annoyed, she told us that they won't be charging us

Perfect

The only bad thing was that it lasted just one night. Everything was perfect, the location is the best, the lady that checked me in was very kind, my room was ready before check in time and I was upgraded. The room is clean, spacious, has a confortable bed, lovely shower, the hotel and lobby is beautiful, you can’t ask for more.
