"Highly recommended. From location, accessibility, room cleanliness, staff hospitality, amenities - all great! Walking distance to everything you can ask for if you are visiting Madrid. We stayed in a suite and it was amazing! The bathroom is beautiful! The living space and dining is very spacious. The balcony is small but it will do for an afternoon tea or coffee. 5 out 5 or maybe more if possible! The stay is worth the price! "

"Good location, little bit outside the main city centre with plenty of shops, bars and restaurant nearby plus walking distance of multiple metro stations. Friendly staff throughout our stay in the hotel. Very clean and spacious room, would have preferred to have a double bed instead of two singles pushed together. Bar area is very nice to sit in, staff is attentive and prices are reasonable for a hotel. Would definitely recommend to fellow travellers that prefer to stay a bit outside of the busy city centre!"

"Lots of construction going on around the train station which is where the hotek is located. The hotel could make the entrance easier to find by putting up signage in the vicinity. Was advised by the hotel that construction work was going on in the statuon, but our stay was not affected by any noise."
