I recently stayed at NH Collection Madrid Abascal and had a fantastic experience. The hotel's modern decor and comfortable amenities made my stay enjoyable. Hospitality at its best… A front desk with Paula and Francisco from that golden era of hotels were you felt like a human being taken care of and not just a booking number. Simply amazing.

This hotel is in drastic need of an upgrade with the prices they charge obscene for the quality of the rooms. The decor looks like a kids just slapped some paint onto the wall in random corners, the bathrooms are outdated, there were hairs in the bathroom which made me doubt the cleanliness of the room, etc. Location is good but the price reflects the fact that it’s in an area with a lot of business travelers and that it’s a straight shot to the stadium. If neither of those are you, better to go elsewhere.

The property was well maintained with good service and polite staff. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. There is easya access to metro stations within a 500m radius. Some halaal varieties on the menu especially at breakfast would be appreciated.

Me gusta mucho este hotel. Ubicado en uno de los mejores barrios de la ciudad, lejos de las aglomeraciones de las zonas turísticas. El desayuno es delicioso, las habitaciones son cómodas, y la atención del personal inmejorable. Se nota que quieren el hotel.
