Hotels near Regal Union Square

"Hello, I would like to say that the hotel was not bad but the rooms are very very small. Also, the elevator is very bad, since you have to wait 20 minutes. Lastly, there is not water in the rooms, I was thirsty all day, and the did not had a lobby."

"Rooms were cleaned up properly and amenities were okay and wish microwave or tiny refrigerator provided in the room. Great location and good food options in the same place. Good feeling of being in nyc heritage property"

"Check in and out was quick. Staff extremely professional, friendly and efficient. Room key was down but was escorted to my room and my keycard was ready 30 minutes later so no big deal. Room very clean and a ton of lighting. Bathroom updated with exceptional lighting. Only negative was the AC would run 5 minutes and then cut off. Had to turn it to 65 to cool the room down to an acceptable level to sleep. High temps outside were mid 60’s so should not have needed to run the AC that much. Overall, this hotel met my standards (which most say are high) and I would stay there again."

"The hotel Needs to be updated but the location is what makes this a convenient place to stay. The buffet breakfast was not worth the money. The food was cold and service took forever. Also the staff at breakfast was dropping silverware, clanging dishes. At least we had a $35 credit toward it or I would have complained."

"The rooms were Very clean.. the window view from the 34th floor was as like no other. The staff was extremely accommodating. It took a moment to figure out how to control the elevators. But over all a WONDERFUL experience. I will definitely stay here again. 10 out of 10"
