"Rooms a very well kept, and up to date. The staff is very helpful, the breakfast is pretty good and a variety of items local food and regular breakfast items for foreign travelers. Washing machines & dryers are available inside hotel. 2 metro stations within 10 minutes, tons of restaurants and bars in walking distance as well. The local is ideal for those who want to a mix of lively area and quiet."

"Well located property and clean. Easy check in and check out process. Laundry facilities small but very clean and functional. Standard room is small, on average a bit larger than Tokyo standards; stay organized and you will be fine. Walls show some of the age or lack of space with lots of scuffs but otherwise, very neat and lovely staff. The only thing I will say is that this is a boutique hotel and so you do not have much space to “hang out” in your room, making the shared amenities important (lobby with seating area for breakfast and hotel guests, with beverages available, tables to work and have a break, etc) - this should therefore be kept available at all times. However, on one of the days of our stay, we were rudely told by some kind of school delegation that we were “not allowed” to use the lobby, after which they asked the staff to cordon off the area while pointing at us saying we were disturbing, which the staff indulged. A bit offputting for paying guests. Otherwise, a good experience. "
