We loved this hotel. Very clean. The buffet breakfast was the best out of all the hotels we stayed at during our Japan trip. The espresso/tea machine in lobby was great too. The room was small as expected but still comfortable. The bathroom was nice. Great toiletries/body wash and bathrobes. Good shower head. Hotel is on a very quiet street near a metro station and near a Family Mart and 7 Eleven.

The amenities, rooms and location were all amazing. The staff were very helpful when I arrived 30 minutes before my check-in time and they were happy to give me an early check-in which me and my partner greatly appreciated. The only complaint that I have is that the air conditioning smells weirdly metallic in the room.

Nice and clean hotel, good location, beautiful garden, kind and helpful staff. Rooms are not specially spacious but bigger than APA hotels. Only thing needing is a better laundry room (more machines), being able to used it's quite difficult given it only has 2 washer - dryer machines for all guests, complete washing/drying circle is quite long.

Great location with wonderful staff. Room were very small. Ours was a double bed room where the bed was against the wall. Hard to move around in the room with two people. Not sure if all Kyoto hotels have such small rooms. Other then the room, lovely hotel which was extremely busy.
