This is a beautiful apartment in the owners home, very elegant, comfortable and clean. The location is great for visiting temples in the north and west of the city. It has a parking spot off the street in front of the house. The couple that owns it are very kind and helpful.

The landlord is very nice and helpful. The property is very clean and decorative. This is the most comfortable place during our vacation in Japan. Strongly recommend this wonderful house.

Wonderful area. So many local spots and a beautiful onsen nearby. The highlight was the place itself, our hosts were wonderful, the house was clean, neat, stocked and beautiful! It was traditional and had everything you could need. Thank you so much for this wonderful stay. Couldn’t recommend it more.

The accommodations were greater than expected! The host was so nice and explained everything that we needed to know. He was so hospitable! The room was excellent! We will definitely stay there again if we come back to Kyoto😊

This is only sort of kind of the whole property, Kyoto has very strict tax laws and needs to have a front desk and therefore part of the property is that, additionally the upper floors are inhabited, but none of that matters really because of how wonderful the people and the space are.
