"Enjoyed the staff, very reliable. They were able to guide us in all our activities. A very lively group, nice smiles everywhere. Amazing breakfast, abounded choice of food suited to satisfied all sort type of craving."

"The room was clean. The staff was excellent. The breakfast was very excellent. The issues….firstly, the first room we were in was next to a room under construction. The banging and drilling and hammering began early and ended late. We were woken up by the noise and disturbed by the noise in the afternoon. We asked just to be moved to a room of the same class as we were in but without noise. The 2nd room was so small we were tripping over each other. It was probably 1/2 the size of the previous one. The bathroom was so tiny that 2 people could not be in it at the same time. The room was clean. The amenities were fine BUT it was definately no where near the value of the other room. We were so tired that we found a way to make ourselves comfortable as we were not moving again! We also want to note…the walls were so thin we heard the water running, the hair dryer blowing, and the conversations of the room next to us. As far as location…you can’t ask for better. As far as staff etc…..they were truly professional. Other than the room, our stay was great."

"Great location in the center of Madrid. The hotel is tired - and there has clearly been no money invested in this property in a long time. Our first room had bad a/c (they tried to fix it 3x) and water leaking in the bathroom from above. Our second room had the electricity go off (no power) 3x. It's just tiring. The staff was helpful but they're dealing with an old building. The breakfast is ok and tired - sort of like the entire place. I would not recommend or return."

"I only stayed one night and to be honest it was a great stay! The receptionist were very helpful, kind and friendly. Breakfast was freshly made, fruit was served fresh as well! Good way to start the morning. I would definitely book this property again in the future!"
