"Clunky start to our stay with issues with our first room which had issues with main door and alignment of mini mini fridge and so upgraded to another which later also had issues with heating but problem also resolved on the night. Excellent professional service from Carla and Miguel who sorted out all the issues and were kind to offer us the upgrade and complimentary breakfast. Hotel location is fantastic and rooms are nice and cosy."

"This is my go to hotel whenever I’m in Madrid, it never disappoints. Monica, Samuel, Destiny, Pablo, Julia, and Juan (and the rest of the team, sorry I can’t remember everyone’s names) consistently go above and beyond to make our stay smooth and enjoyable. Also, the shows are really great. There’s entertainment every time, live bands and new talents too. Shoutout to Ana Camila & Destiny, and Soul Drivers for a fantastic performance as always. I highly recommend this hotel!"
