We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out. The room was cozy, very clean, and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The location was also excellent — convenient to restaurants, shopping, and attractions. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location, close to Plaza Puerta del Sol, easy waking distance to everything! There is also a restaurant above the hotel that has a fabulous rooftop bar! We arrived earlier in the day and loved that we were able to leave our bag until check in time and again after we checked out. The room was clean, had what we needed and the bed was comfortable! We especially appreciated the air conditioning as it was 33/90F during our stay. We would stay here again.

Great location! We were able to explore all nearby areas on foot. Nice places to eat and shop near by. Room was spacious for two people. Me and my daughter had a very comfortable stay. Staff at front desk helped us with any questions we had regarding sight seeing and Metro etc.
