It was a nice condo feeling. We had a bunk bed in children room and kids had a blast. Kitchen and utensils were very functional and microwave was handy. Walmart us a block away and convenient. Will definitely come again.

The modernity and spaciousness, a great base for day trips to beaches, Cozumel, cancun or Tulum. The top quality ADO bus terminal is 3 blocks away. Walmart is 1 block from hotel. The English speaking front desk went beyond in assistance. Taxis are professional and plentiful. Value was exceptional at this studio hotel.

The property was very clean and the location was great! Right across the street from a. Walmart . Plenty dinning and stores, just a few blocks from the beach. The building it 5 stories and there is no elevator. The front desks guy is from Poland and super nice and helpful and offered to take my things upstairs. He does speak very good English and Spanish . Building very secure.

Great birthday family get away

We enjoyed our stay! It was a family ladies trip with my twin daughter’s birthday. The room was great it had a bunk bed for twins and king bed for me. It had a full kitchen that was well stocked and enough room for my husband and sons to visit for a few hours to bring gifts. Monica was great with customer service. She was very kind and accommodating. Great location! We went to the Columbian restaurant across the street. Walmart is kitty corner. A karaoke bar is 1 block away and on the weekend there is an outdoor market with live performances 2 blocks away. The beach is 4 or 5 blocks a way. Great shopping and restaurants near by

We got what we were looking for. Overall we like our stay. Has a lot off street food and small and big restaurants. El Fagon restaurant is right next door, always has line of people. First night i thought that i could not sleep because of the noise from the restaurants, so i used ear plugs, but next nights i decided not to use them and noise didn't bother me. Also nice torta place Pancho Villa is only a block away. We bought a lot of street food and always had great experience. Our daughter loves el pastor tacos 🌮. We haven't timed it, but around 8-10 minutes walk to the beach. Walmart is right near to the place as well if you need some essentials. Axel was really helpful, always assisted us in our needs, thank you.

The kitchen is not well equipped it only had one coffee cup for three people so we did ask for more and they did provide them.There is no dish soap,pots pans or anything for cooking the blender was dirty the counters were not clean either. There was no bath mat or face cloths and the safe was locked , we requested to have it open so we could use it they said they would but never did. The area is very walkable and close to a lot of things. It is very noisy due to El Fogen next door with live music they are open until 3:00 a.m. also take note this property has no elevator. We are able-bodied so it did not affect us but we were on the 5th floor and had to walk almost 80 stairs each way.. the beds were very comfortable but only have sheets, we requested blankets and we're told they didn't have any. The water is gravity feed so the shower has zero pressure and sometimes zero hot water. It was NOT an overall negative experience just not exactly what we were expecting, just trying to share all the information.

First, families need to be warned: this property has no elevator. If you have small children, carrying them and your belongings up and down those stairs is exhausting and unsafe. But that was only the beginning of the problems we faced. Our room had a balcony with no lock, which immediately created a dangerous situation for my kids. I reported it to the hotel, and they claimed they would send someone, but no one ever came. They offered us a lower-level apartment, but when we checked it, the ventilation was terrible,the balcony was practically touching another building, making the room feel suffocating. The bathroom situation was awful. It smelled terrible the entire stay, and there was visible mold and a constant foul odor coming from the drains. It was impossible to ignore. The stairs were the most terrifying part. There was no wall,just metal bars spaced about 20 cm apart. My children could easily fit through them. Every trip up or down felt like a life‑or‑death situation. No parent should have to experience that level of fear in a hotel. I contacted Expedia multiple times, explaining how hazardous this was for my kids, and they did absolutely nothing. They told me to deal with the hotel, while the hotel told me to deal with Expedia. Both sides refused to take responsibility while my family was stuck in a dangerous environment. This was a terrible experience from start to finish. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families with children. Expedia failed

Wonderful apartment

The appartment was in a fantastic location, above the best taco place in Playa, El fagon. The reception staff spoke great english and were very helpful. Kitchen well equipped with a blender a great addition. Would stay here again for sure. Also across the road from wallmart.

This little studio was perfect for my daughter and I. Close to everything. Right beside a fabulous local taco place, across the street from Walmart for groceries, short walk to the beach and Quinta Avenida. Amenities could have been a better, there was a bit of a language barrier with the host, I asked for face cloths and was given hand towels, ended up buying some at Walmart. Not much for cooking utensils & pans, but made do. Our room was facing the street which was a little loud at night, but to me that was part of the local experience. Live music from the restaurant next door. This place was a great location and had everything we needed, and was reasonably priced too. Nothing fancy but I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is located on a very loud street We couldnot sleep at all for two weeks. Morning , night and evening there was constant noice.
