Staff was very nice, courteousness, and polite. Greatest time staying in over water bungalow. Great food all around the resort. The seaweed patches were big but resort cleaned them up very fast.

Palafitos is one of the best places I have ever stayed. I am going to visit Mexico and stay at Palafitos again. The area, view from rooms, accommodation standards, restaurants, staffs, I mean, everything is just great about Palafitos.

Unique was only restaurant at Palafitos Ocean was not swimmable and smells around the area on the beach not so good ( poor conditions in that department), room didn’t have iron, around the pool no one is asking for drinks, cleanliness at the pool poor. Butlers have a nice smile but work is small. Spa excellent. Entertainment 5 out of 10 Overall 5 out of 10
