"It was an excellent experience overall. The atmosphere was great, with a nice buffet and very good restaurant food. The staff were amazing—always smiling, happy, and welcoming. The drinks were good, and Dr. Gabriella was very kind. The beach and pools were perfect. Everything was extremely clean: the rooms, sheets, lobby, toilets, showers—everywhere was spotless. There were a few downsides, though. On the first day, beach towels were very limited and we couldn’t find any all day, which was quite awkward. Toothbrushes and toothpaste were not provided, which was unexpected. Restaurant reservations were also inconvenient, as we had to wake up at 8 a.m. to book. The billiard tables were in poor condition and not level. The hotel programs and entertainment were averag and great for kids, but not ideal for adults looking for a more refined or relaxing experience. I would rate it as a 4 star experience but i think the hotel deserves to be in the top rated ones so i will rate it as 5 and hope they will fix the problems!"

"We had a wonderful time at GR Solaris Cancun and Spa. Traveled with another couple. Everyone from reception to concierge to servers in all of the restaurants and bars and servers at the pool area were excellent. Very kind, fast, friendly and they all work so hard. Special shout out to Angel and Feliciano, great energy and friendliness.We already miss you guys! Food was great, lots of choices and fresh and delicious. During our 1 week stay, we had 3 dinners at specialty restaurants and our favorite was Mexican Don Gus restaurant. The dishes they had were not your typical Mexican food and they had great wine and beautiful view of the beach. As far as entertainment, every night at 9 pm they had an amazing show, we enjoyed all of them very much and they are all very talented. I can't recommend this resort enough, we had amazing time and would love to come back."

"The room was spotless upon arrival, and it was clear that a lot of attention had been paid to the small details. The staff was professional and efficient. I also loved the little touches like extra towels and bottled water. The cleanliness of the common areas such as lobby and restrooms was also impressive with everything well maintained and tidy. "

"The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. We asked to move to a room closer to the elevators and they immediately found us a new room They keep all areas spotless, and the breakfast buffet has a great selection. Shout out to Paola in Sabor and Mr. Ariel in maintenance."
